What is this wiki about?
This wiki will present information about a selection of battles in the ancient and medieval periods. In doing this we will be learning three things:
How to research and reference material from a range of traditional and digital sources
How to evaluate the reliability and usefulness of historical sources
The interaction between developments in society, economics and technology and the practice of warfare

A wiki is an easily edited webpage. This suits our unit well. The wiki format can keep pace with out growing knowldege of this complex subject.
